Discovering the walking routes of southern Tuscany: camping offers and guided hiking tours.

“Above all I would like to invite you to set sail and go, because walking enlightens the mind, comforts the heart and heals the body” Paolo Rumiz – A piedi

Let us walk thus, along routes that alternate suggestions related to the natural landscape as well as those related to the historical and cultural heritage of this area enclosed between the Maremma, Mount Amiata and the Val d’Orcia.
Camping Lucherino, thanks to its central geographical position, is able to offer its guests a wide variety of hiking opportunities starting from the neighboring natural reserve of Poggio all’Olmo to continue with the Provincial Nature Reserve of Monte Labbro, the Amiata Faunistic Park, the WWF Reserve of Bosco Rocconi, Pigelleto Natural Reserve, the Maremma Regional Park, Park of Val D’Orcia, the Archaeological Park “Città del Tufo”, the cape of Argentario and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri.

With the desire to promote and enhance the natural potential of the area we decided to reserve to members of the Italian Alpine Club a discount on the 10% from 20/04 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 09/10. From 01/07 to 31/08 instead of the reduction on the fees will be of 5%.
A reduction of 10% on the fees charged both in low and high season, is reserved instead to those who choose to spend a few days with us along an entire trip on foot: we consider this kind of trips an appreciable choice of sustainable tourism that combines both the attention to the environment and the pleasure of discovering, observing them from a different perspective, the places they pass through.
If you then want to take advantage of the experience and professional expertise of a guide who walks habitually, both for passion and for work, along the routes of the territory of this part of Tuscany, please consult the full program of excursions organized by the Environmental Guide Carla Pau ( +39 340 6933470).
