Camping Lucherino
An oasis of peace and serenity in the hills of the Tuscan Maremma
Camping Lucherino was born in 1978 when the little farm in the genuine nature of Mount Amiata became a place of peace and rest for tourists.
Today, like forty years ago, Lucherino is the ideal place for rest and as an antidote to city stress, but also as a starting point for numerous naturalistic, artistic and food and wine excursions.
With seventy pitches of various sizes, the campsite is built on a small hill from which you can enjoy the wonderful landscape and magnificent sunsets over the hills and villages of the Maremma
The centuries-old oaks and chestnut trees offer the pitches, mostly terrace-formed, a good shade.
In the campsite there is a bar and a restaurant-pizzeria able to offer in every season a wide choice of genuine and traditional dishes.
For those looking for more comfort it is possible to rent mobile homes with two bathrooms, shower and each with its own entrance and green space. For those who love activity, there is a swimming pool, a tennis court, a bowling green and table tennis as well as a very well equipped riding school in the neighbourhood of the camping.
Clean, intimate and cozy, Camping Lucherino is the ideal destination for those seeking a healthy, relaxing and ecological holiday far from the noise and frenzy of modern rhythms.

It’s a big unit formed as an “L”.
It consists of a sleeping room with a double bed (190cmx160cm), a sleeping room with two single beds (190cmx80cm), a kitchenette and a sitting area with table which can be folded into another double bed. There are also two bathrooms with shower, wash basin and WC.
The mobile home is equipped with:
- large veranda
- fridge
- a gas cooker
- dishes
- cutlery and crockery
- blankets and pillows
Bed sheets and towels can be rented on site
Water, electricity and gas are included.
Caravan/Roulotte

It’s a simple one-room accommodations with two single beds (190cmx80cm) which can be pushed together and a bunk beds.
The caravan is equipped with:
- large veranda
- fridge
- a gas cooker
- cutlery and crockery
- blankets and pillows
Bed sheets and towels can be rented on site
Water, electricity and gas are included.

For those who want to grill in complete safety, the campsite offers a masonry barbecue for all guests.
Bar Restaurant
In the campsite there is a Bar Restaurant open all year where you can enjoy many traditional dishes and by reservation also fish menus, by calling 0564 992014.

Opening times until 30 June: 8.30 – 12.00 and 15.00 – 19.00
Opening times from 1 July to 24 August: 8.00 – 13.00 and 15.00 – 20.00
Opening times from 25 August: 8.30 – 12.00 and 15.00 – 19.00
Our helpful staff will check you in and be at your disposal for any questions or problems.
We would suggest that your time of arrival is within the opening times of the office in order to avoid waiting during the office lunch time closure.
